Kaley
Founder and CEO
Kaley is the founder of GNOSIS Ethical Intelligence. She holds a Master of Counselling Psychology and was clinically trained in inpatient psychiatry and ethics, then worked across employee assistance programs, private practice, and conflict mediation, sitting with people and institutions in their hardest weeks.
She built GNOSIS because she watched the right decision disappear the moment it was made, over and over, inside the rooms that later had to answer for it. GNOSIS is the record that refuses to let that happen.

Software Engineer, Product and Cloud Systems
madiha@gnosisethical.comMadiha builds the surfaces people actually use. She works across the front end and the services behind it, turning the messy reality of a frontline workflow into something clear on screen. She studied computer engineering at Memorial University of Newfoundland and is finishing a Master of Technology Management there. Before GNOSIS she wrote software at the National Research Council of Canada and ran web, research, and machine learning work at Memorial.

Sumaiya
Data and Quality Engineer
sumaiya@gnosisethical.comSumaiya keeps the record honest. She works on data quality, testing, and the validation that makes sure what GNOSIS captures is accurate and holds up under review. She is completing a Master of Science in Data Science at Memorial University of Newfoundland, after a computer science and engineering degree at United International University. She came from data quality work at Siftmed and dataset curation for machine learning systems, where getting the details right was the whole job.
